Terms of Service

Last updated: May 4, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Chitraagni, a cloud software product designed and operated by Amretra Dynamics, Mahbubnagar, Telangana - 509001, India.

By creating an account, using guest chat, accessing the platform, starting a subscription, or using any Chitraagni feature, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. About Chitraagni

Chitraagni is a product intelligence and workflow planning platform. It helps users turn product ideas, prompts, project context, and reference material into structured outputs such as product memory, features, flows, entities, screens, decisions, stage outputs, review notes, and launch checks.

Chitraagni is a software tool for planning and decision support. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, security, tax, accounting, engineering, medical, or regulatory advice.

3. Guest Use and Accounts

Chitraagni may allow limited free or guest usage without login. Guest usage is temporary, may be rate-limited, may not be saved, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Account-based usage may provide saved projects, workspaces, subscriptions, uploads, and longer memory. You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account and billing information
  • keeping login credentials secure
  • controlling access to your workspaces and projects
  • ensuring all activity under your account is authorized
  • promptly telling us if you believe your account has been compromised

4. Workspace and Project Content

You retain ownership of the ideas, prompts, files, project context, workspace content, and product materials you submit to Chitraagni.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, submit, store, and process that content.

You grant Amretra Dynamics a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, transmit, display, secure, back up, process, and generate outputs from your content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve Chitraagni.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use Chitraagni only for lawful business, product, research, design, operational, or internal planning purposes.

You must not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to Chitraagni or related systems
  • interfere with service availability or platform stability
  • upload malware, harmful scripts, exploit code, or intentionally unsafe content
  • use the service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity
  • violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
  • scrape, overload, or automate the platform in a way that harms the service
  • use generated outputs without appropriate human review where decisions may affect people, finances, legal rights, safety, or compliance

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the platform is being misused or if continued access creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.

6. Plans, Billing, Taxes, and Payment Gateways

Chitraagni may offer free and paid plans. Plan names, limits, features, prices, taxes, and billing periods are shown in the product or checkout flow and may change prospectively.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallet providers, or billing processors such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or similar providers, depending on availability.

By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to process the applicable charges, taxes, recurring subscription payments, payment authentication, mandates, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and billing records.

We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking credentials, or complete payment instrument details on Chitraagni servers. Payment instrument handling, tokenisation, authentication, and mandate management are handled by payment providers, card networks, issuing banks, acquiring banks, and regulated payment participants where applicable.

For recurring payments, the payment provider, bank, card network, UPI provider, or mandate provider may require customer authentication, consent, pre-debit notices, tokenisation consent, or other steps under applicable Indian payment rules and network requirements.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, including GST or other indirect taxes where charged or required by law.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription through available account controls or by contacting support.

Unless a checkout page, offer, or applicable law states otherwise:

  • cancellation stops future renewals
  • paid access usually continues until the end of the current billing period
  • cancellation does not automatically refund charges already paid
  • failed, disputed, reversed, or chargeback payments may result in downgrade, suspension, or access limits

See the Cancellation Policy for more detail.

8. Refunds

Chitraagni is a digital SaaS service. Access is generally delivered immediately or shortly after successful registration or payment.

Refunds are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, payment failures, non-delivery of digital access, or other cases required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method through the relevant payment provider, subject to provider, bank, card network, UPI, wallet, or settlement timelines.

9. Digital Service Delivery

Chitraagni is delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.

Access is delivered through browser-based account login, guest chat, workspace screens, project screens, subscription controls, and related cloud functionality.

See the Service Delivery Policy for delivery timing and support details.

10. AI and Generated Output

Chitraagni may use computational systems and AI-assisted workflows to create or organize outputs.

Generated outputs may contain omissions, incorrect assumptions, incomplete reasoning, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations.

You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, approving, and adapting all generated outputs before relying on them for product, business, legal, financial, technical, security, design, operational, or compliance decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

Chitraagni, including platform code, interface, workflows, product design, branding, system architecture, and proprietary processes, remains the intellectual property of Amretra Dynamics or its licensors.

Your content remains yours. Using Chitraagni does not transfer ownership of your project ideas, business concepts, workspace inputs, or submitted materials to us.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Chitraagni is operated from India. We aim to handle personal data in a manner consistent with applicable Indian data protection requirements, including notice, specified purpose, consent or legitimate use, user rights, security safeguards, and grievance contact obligations where applicable.

13. Service Changes and Availability

We work to keep Chitraagni reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We may update, improve, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, plan limits, workflows, models, integrations, pricing, or product structure.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to make material changes responsibly and without unnecessary disruption.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you materially violate these terms
  • payment obligations remain unresolved
  • use of the service creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk
  • we are required to do so by law, regulator, court, bank, payment provider, or platform provider
  • continued access would harm Chitraagni, other users, or third parties

You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not remove obligations that reasonably continue after termination, including payment obligations already incurred and provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, and dispute handling.

15. Disclaimers

Chitraagni is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, suitable for every workflow, or capable of producing correct or complete outputs for every use case.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to Chitraagni will be limited to the amount you paid to use the service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
