This Privacy Policy explains how Chitraagni collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the website, guest chat, account features, workspaces, projects, subscriptions, support, or related services.

Chitraagni is designed and operated by Amretra Dynamics, Mahbubnagar, Telangana - 509001, India.

For Indian users, this policy is intended to provide clear notice about personal data processing in line with applicable Indian privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.

2. Roles

For personal data that Chitraagni decides how and why to process, Amretra Dynamics acts as the data fiduciary or controller, as applicable.

For workspace content that a customer uploads or enters for its own business purposes, Chitraagni may act as a service provider or processor for that customer, depending on the context.

Guest Chat Information

  • prompts and messages submitted in guest chat

Guest chats are intended to be temporary and may not be saved to an account unless a feature expressly allows saving or account linking.

Workspace and Product Content

  • product ideas
  • prompts, notes, references, and uploaded files
  • feature lists
  • flows
  • entities
  • screens
  • decisions
  • product memory
  • generated outputs
  • review comments and stage outputs

Billing and Payment Information

  • plan, subscription, invoice, tax, and billing status
  • transaction references
  • payment provider metadata
  • refund, cancellation, dispute, chargeback, or failed-payment records

We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, or complete payment instrument credentials on Chitraagni servers. Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallet providers, or payment aggregators/gateways.

4. Why We Process Information

We process information for the following purposes:

  • enabling guest chat and free usage limits
  • delivering workspace, project, and product workflow functionality

  • processing subscriptions, invoices, payments, refunds, cancellations, and tax records
  • providing support and grievance redressal
  • preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents
  • monitoring reliability, diagnostics, and product performance

  • improving Chitraagni and developing safer, clearer product workflows

5. Consent, Legitimate Use, and Withdrawal

Where consent is required, we aim to request it for specified purposes in clear language.

You may withdraw consent or request changes by contacting us, subject to legal, contractual, security, accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or service-delivery requirements.

  • hosting and cloud infrastructure providers
  • authentication providers
  • payment gateways, payment aggregators, banks, card networks, UPI providers, wallet providers, and billing processors

  • professional advisers, auditors, or consultants
  • legal authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, banks, payment providers, or dispute bodies when required by law or valid process

We do not sell personal data or user project content.

7. Payment Data and Gateways

Payments may be processed by providers such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, banks, card networks, UPI providers, or similar regulated or third-party payment participants.

Those providers may collect and process payment information under their own terms, privacy notices, compliance obligations, authentication flows, tokenisation rules, mandate rules, chargeback procedures, and fraud checks.

For card transactions, payment providers and card networks may use tokenisation or similar methods. For recurring payments, banks, card networks, UPI providers, or payment providers may require mandate registration, authentication, customer consent, and pre-debit notices.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the service
  • maintain accounts and workspaces
  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and audit requirements
  • resolve disputes

Retention periods vary based on account status, subscription history, workspace activity, legal requirements, payment requirements, and operational needs.

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for managing access to your workspaces and projects.
