Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery
Chitraagni is delivered entirely as a digital cloud software service.
No physical goods are shipped. There is no courier, shipping charge, physical delivery address, or physical return process for the service.
2. Access Timing
After successful registration, guest access is typically available immediately in the browser.
After successful payment, paid plan access or subscription upgrades are typically applied digitally within the platform. Activation may depend on payment confirmation from the payment gateway, payment aggregator, bank, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider, or billing processor.
3. Delivery Method
Users receive Chitraagni access through:
- browser-based guest chat
- account login
- workspace and project screens
- product workflow screens
- subscription and account controls
- support and legal pages
4. Payment Confirmation
If payment succeeds but the plan does not activate within a reasonable time, contact support with:
- account email address
- payment date
- payment provider or transaction reference
- screenshot or confirmation message, if available
We may need payment provider reconciliation before confirming access, refunding, or resolving failed/pending transactions.
5. Service Availability
Chitraagni is a cloud service and may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, model/provider availability, payment-provider downtime, network issues, security events, or force majeure events.
We aim to restore access and resolve delivery issues within a reasonable time.
