Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

You may cancel a Chitraagni paid subscription through available account controls or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund charges already paid.

2. Effect of Cancellation

When cancellation takes effect:

  • no new recurring subscription charge should apply for the next billing cycle
  • paid access usually remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • the account may then move to the Free Plan or a limited-access state
  • saved workspaces and projects may remain subject to the Privacy Policy, plan limits, and retention rules

3. Recurring Payments and Mandates

If your subscription uses card, UPI, wallet, netbanking, e-mandate, auto-pay, or another recurring payment method, cancellation may also require update, pause, or revocation of the mandate through the payment provider, bank, card network, UPI app, wallet, or checkout flow.

Payment providers or banks may send authentication requests, mandate notices, or pre-debit notifications under applicable payment rules. You are responsible for keeping payment credentials and mandate settings current.

4. Timing

Cancellation requests should be made before the next renewal date.

If a renewal payment is already initiated, pending, captured, or under bank/payment-provider processing, cancellation may not stop that specific transaction. In that case, the Refund Policy will apply to any refund request.

5. Failed Payments and Downgrades

If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is charged back, Chitraagni may downgrade, suspend, or limit access until payment status is resolved.

6. No Automatic Refund

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically create a refund for charges already paid or for unused time in the current billing period.
